Returns and refunds

🔁 Return & Refund Policy


📅 Return Window


We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and limited stock reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed)
  • Undergarments
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

💸 Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Shipping fees are non-refundable


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order.



📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement or refund)


❌ Order Cancellations


Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
